**As of August 7th, 2024 No bids were received. No definite date for the rebid.** Installation of Smoke Detectors 49 Units Eastwood Meadows Questions regarding bid solicitation must be submitted in writing to Mikki Daniels at Procurement@gnvha.org. The provisions of Section 3, Davis Bacon Act and other Acts will apply to the entire Scope of Work. It is incumbent upon the bidders to know and understand these provisions prior to bidding. o Remove the smoke detector/light combo fixture in the hallway and replace with a GHA furnished light fixture. o Install GHA furnished smoke detectors in each bedroom and the living space per NFPA 29.8.3.4 and the Alachua County Building code at each unit. o Furnish and install AFCI breaker per code. o Test/Check system verifying proper operation. Contractor is responsible for daily work area and jobsite cleanup and security. All proposers should include their scheduling availability with their estimates. All proposers should describe in detail their call back services and related costs if any. The proposer will be required to enter into an agreement with GHA. At all times during the term of the contract, the proposer shall act as an independent contractor. GHA reserves the right to negotiate any and all parts of the contract.
