Replacement of Unit Substations USS-1, USS-3, and USS-8 with medium-voltage switchgear, pad mounted transformers, and 480 volt draw-out switchgear. 2. Removal of pad mounted medium-voltage switch 250-PMG-1. 3. Site civil modifications to facilitate removal of unit substations and installation of outdoor medium-voltage switchgear and pad mounted transformers. Site Address: 14770 W. Wm.
