Site work for a civil project in Richmond, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes construction of one (1) gravel packed well with foundation; fill line tie-ins to two (2) existing prestressed concrete ground storage tanks, removal of an existing generator, one (1) diesel generator with sub-base fuel tank and platform; modifications to existing disinfection equipment; plant piping; electrical instruments and control work including service; protective coatings; site grading and drainage; drainage swales; hydro-mulch seeding; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant and water well. The bidder shall submit either a 2% certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. Question Deadline 07/23/2024 at 11:00 AM CT All questions shall be submitted online.
