The NYS Office of Mental Health and New York City Children's Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Switchgear & Ancillary Equipment at the New York City Children's Center - Brooklyn Campus located at 1819 Bergen Street, Brooklyn, NY 11233. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. The Automatic Transfer Switches serving the Generators in Bldg. 1 & 2 as noted in the Appendix D, Exhibit B - Equipment List, are covered under the Facility Generator contract through February 28, 2026. The transfer switches will become covered under the Switchgear contract effective in Year 2, March 1, 2026. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, July 23, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on July 30, 2024. There are no Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract. There are no Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB) Participation Goals for this contract.
