Reference number: 20005658 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-19 Expected contract duration without options (in months): 6 The purpose of this contract is to loop the aqueduct on rue Hilaire and rue de l'Église and repair the damaged surfaces. The work consists of supplying all labor, equipment, materials and all other items required to complete the work, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: - Looping of the aqueduct network between rue Saint-Marcellin Ouest and rue Hilaire over a length of approximately 115 metres; - Looping of the aqueduct network from rue de l'Église to rue Boily over a length of approximately 50 metres. All of this, including the usual accessories, repairs to existing structures necessarily damaged in the course of the work, site restoration and adjustments to private property, as described in the tender documents. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount equivalent to 10% of the total amount (all taxes included) of the bid. The Municipality of Les Escoumins reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. For reasonable reasons, the Municipality even reserves the right to reject them in whole or in part, and to request new bids if it sees fit, without incurring any obligation whatsoever towards the bidders. If it is in the interest of the Municipality, it may disregard any formal defects or minor flaws in the tender. The Municipality is not obliged to give reasons to any bidder for the acceptance or rejection of any bid.
