CR Number: 2111729 SUNY Fredonia has a bid opportunity for the removal and recycling of all refuse from the campus per all applicable Federal, State, Chautauqua County, City, Village of Fredonia laws and regulations per bid specifications. All bidders are to make themselves familiar with the site locations and pickup points. Bidder must be a registered waste hauler/business/license with New York State and have all the necessary permits, insurances and equipment to carry out this contract. Copy of the permits/licenses are to be submitted with bid. Pursuant to State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k, this solicitation for Project No. 1277ST includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between a Governmental Entity and an Offerer/Bidder during the procurement process. An Offerer/Bidder is restricted from making contacts from the earliest notice of intent to solicit proposals through final award and approval of the Procurement Contract by SUNY Fredonia and, if applicable, the Office of the State Comptroller ("restricted period") to other than designated staff unless it is a contact that is included among certain statutory exceptions set forth in State Finance Law 139-j(3)(a).
