Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Freehold, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
MICHAEL J. TIGHE PARK TRAIL AND PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE The project scope includes site clearing, the construction of an 1,100-linear foot hot mix asphalt trail, installation of a 50-foot prefabricated pedestrian truss bridge and foundations, extension of an existing 30" storm sewer outfall pipe, site restoration, and associated work. The project area is accessible via the Remembrance Road entrance to Michael J. Tighe Park from Georgia Road. The proposed improvements are situated east of the existing easternmost softball fields and will extend across a tributary branch of the Manasquan River to an existing asphalt path located along Polo Club Drive. ***Bid Event: Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and "Bid Title, Name and Contract" on the outside, addressed to the Purchasing Agent at the address above.
