The objective of this project is to Pre-Commercial Thin (manual cutting) overdense immature Douglas Fir leading stands in the project area. The project area is in the vicinity of Big Bar Road/HWY 97 approx. 10 km North of Clinton, B.C. Time is of the essence for this work. The works must be completed by December 8, 2024. The term of the contract will be from August 15, 2024 to December 13, 2024. The successful Contractor shall be required to have a pre-work meeting with the Ministry Representative to review the contract prior to commencement of the work. Any subjects discussed and decisions made at the pre work conference shall form an integral part of the Contract. As time is of the essence, works are expected to commence within 5 days of contract award.
