Reference Number 0000357272 The City of Aurora (COA) is requesting written proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services including Architectural and Engineering for renovation and alteration scope at the City of Aurora Fox Theater located at 9900 E Colfax Ave, Aurora, Colorado 80010. The purpose of this project is to provide improved access to the lobby mechanical unit, replacement of mechanical equipment at end of life and to provide new dedicated controls throughout. All services provided to the Fox Theater shall comply with the City of Aurora governing codes. The awarded firm must have recent and relevant experience in programming and follow-on professional services with public entities, more specifically considered will be those relating projects of a similar nature. The Scope of Services outlined below is not to be considered all-inclusive for this contract. The Scope outlined shall be indicative of services to be provided, and the successful firm may need to provide additional services as required or requested to complete the renovation and alteration.
