The City of Tifton desires to establish a contract for Janitorial Services with qualified contractors.Contractors will be responsible for furnishing all supplies, tools, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, and licensing required to provide janitorial services at each city facility. The areas to be serviced at each location listed herein shall include all interior rooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, stairways, kitchens/breakrooms, utility rooms, and entryways. The City of Tifton will provide all cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and garbage liners. Janitorial Services are to be provided as follows: 1) Community Development, 204 North Ridge Avenue - Services shall be provided once weekly. 2) City Hall, 130 E. 1st Street - Services shall be provided twice weekly. 3) City Complex, 1000 Armour Road - Services shall be provided twice weekly. 4) Tifton Police Department, 527 Commerce Way - Services shall be provided three times weekly.
