Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Waxhaw, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of July 18 , 2024 , project has not been awarded yet,It will officially be awarded once our Board of Commissioners approves next week.** The project consists of all necessary work to complete the 2024 Asphalt Repair Contract including but not limited to: asphalt milling, asphalt patching, asphalt paving, and miscellaneous site improvements as detailed on this bid form and on the Location and Quantity Sheet: 2024 Asphalt Repair. Once the Town has confirmed the lowest responsible bidder, the Town will issue the Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will be required to begin work within the floating availability date from July 29th, 2023 to August 12th, 2024. An option will be provided to begin work earlier if the contractor opts in following notice to proceed.
