Weld County is seeking bids for a vendor to provide replacement filters used in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for Weld County buildings. 1. Filters are ordered as needed basis for Weld County buildings. 2. Filters are to be delivered to Weld County Facilities Building located at 1105 H Street Greeley Co 80631. Deliveries must be made during business hours of Monday through Friday time. 3. It is anticipated that filters will be requested for order through the week by a County designated contact. However, the responding consumable supply contractor should only make one delivery per week to Facilities Building location. 4. This is an ALL-OR-NOTHING bid. Which means product may not be split between vendors. 5. All filters must be Merv 8 High Capacity 6. There will not be a pre-bid meeting. 8. Any delivery cost associated sending these to Facilities Building located at 1105 H Street, must be included in the price you identify in each item. 9. The following tables list the required filters. Bidders must provide pricing for filters they are able to supply. Weld County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in the bids, to award the bid to multiple vendors, and to accept the bid that, in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, is to the best interests of Weld County. The bid(s) may be awarded to more than one vendor.
