The City reserves the right to negotiate final fees with the selected Contractor(s). Proposals must fully describe all costs of charges to the City as part of this service project. All Proposer(s) shall submit evidence of all required insurance. If awarded the contract the Proposer has ten (10) calendar days to produce the required insurances, including a certified endorsement naming the City as additionally insured. The Proposer shall certify to the possession of any and all current required licenses or certifications. Proposer must provide a copy of your current business license or other applicable licenses. Rice Avenue between Latigo Avenue and Camino Del Sol: Construct 1,900 linear feet (LF) of 24-inch sewer main Construct 7 polymer concrete manholes Abandon existing 18-inch sewer main and manholes Tie into existing sewer and reconnect existing laterals Ventura Road between Doris Avenue and Little Farms Road: Construct 3,082 LF of 15-inch sewer main Construct 15 polymer concrete manholes Abandon existing 10-inch sewer main and manholes Tie into existing sewer and reconnect existing laterals The period of performance anticipated for this solicitation shall be for a period of up to 1 year beginning, September 16, 2024 or effective upon signature of an Agreement by both parties, through September 15, 2025 unless terminated earlier
