The endwalls will be Non-Standard Endwalls. There is also a pump around operation, relocation of a 12" DI Restrained Joint Water Pipe, PC 350 for 52 LF, Non-Standard Culvert Foundation, and Traffic Control for Road Closure is needed to complete this project. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000.
