Rehabilitation of approximately 50 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer through cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining. . Installation of approximately 280 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer main. . Installation of approximately three (3) new concrete sewer manholes. . Inspection and rehabilitation of approximately 242 sanitary sewer laterals from the mainline to within 5' of the building. . Restoration of all disturbed surfaces to pre-construction conditions, or better, as called for in the Plans. . Preparing and executing traffic control plans for all work in roadways. . Perform additional and incidental Work, as called for by the Specifications and Plans. Each proposal must be submitted on forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to 10 percent (10%) of the total amount bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a faithful performance bond and a labor and material payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of contract. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a statutory public works bond in the amount of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00).
