Site work and renovation of a civil project in Fairfax, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.

The Nation specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, or re-bid, or to waive inconsequential deviations from the bidding requirements not involving time, price, or quality of the Work. To bid this Project, valid Oklahoma Plumbing and Electrical Contractor's licenses are required, and the Contractor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience installing concrete block structures, utility vaults and drinking water pipelines The successful Bidder must comply with all applicable Osage Nation, federal, and State of Oklahoma labor codes provisions pertaining to the payment of prevailing wages applicable to the Project, and related requirements contained in this Project Manual. Davis-Bacon wage rates are applicable to this Project. The primary work elements (the Work) includes but is not limited to the following: Provide all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to install a new 18' diameter ("dia.") x 100' high water tank (standpipe), a new 27' dia. x 7'-4" high regulation tank, a new 12' x 16' masonry block booster pump building, new water pipelines with fittings in trench, a new concrete vault with flow meter, a new air vacuum and air release valve assembly, two (2) new altitude valve vaults, hydrostatic pressure tests and disinfection of all new pipelines and the water tanks, preparation of an electrical plan showing all electrical systems and details required to power all components of the work, and installation of all electrical systems, three (3) double swing gates, new chain-link fence with concrete post footings around tank facilities, gravel road from the existing road to tank site, gravel pad within fenced area, and site drainage with v-ditch and small detention area. Additional details of the Work are provided in the Contract Drawings. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, which shall be deposited with the Procurement Officer as a guaranty The Work shall be completed no later than six (6) months after the commencement date established Question Deadline 07/29/2024 The Nation's Procurement Officer may not answer questions received less than ten (10) Days prior to the date for opening of Bids
