Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Great Rivers Greenway District (District), the Developer, is soliciting sealed bids for Mississippi Greenway: Kiener Plaza Playground Equipment Installation Demolition of existing playground equipment. Installation of new playground equipment. Contractor expected to repair playground surface that was damaged during construction- minimal damage to the playground surfacing is expected during this project. Questions should be directed to Yvette Bly, ybly@grgstl.org or via the solicitation on Bid Express. All requests for clarification on these bidding documents must be received in writing by July 12, 2024. A 5% Bid Security in the form specified in the bidding documents is required. Participation Goals for the project are 25% MBE and 5% WBE. The District reserves the right to waive informalities in bids, and to reject any and all bids submitted.
