Pavement Rehabilitation and Miscellaneous Work From Milepost (MP) 347.1 to MP 351.4 Eastbound/Westbound in Ontario County The following is a general description of the work to be done under this Contract. This list is intended to give the Contractor a general description of the work involved in this Contract and is not a complete listing of all work to be done. All work shall be done in accordance with the Contract Documents even though not specifically mentioned in this list. 1. Provide Work Zone Traffic Control in accordance to plans and NYSTA standards. 2. Crack and seat existing concrete pavement from MP 347.10 to MP 351.4. Then pave with 7.5" of asphalt on mainline and shoulders. 3. Cold mill existing 2" of asphalt pavement on the ramps at Exits 44 and 45. Inlay with 2" of asphalt pavement. 4. Replace existing concrete median barrier with single slope concrete median barrier. 5. Replace all traffic count inductance loops at existing locations. 6. Replace VMS structure at MP 349.51 with new "T" style structure at same location on right embankment. 7. Perform full reconstruction to expose the top slabs of the bridge culverts at MP 350.77, MP 349.97 and MP 348.67. Perform concrete repairs to top of exposed top slab then install waterproof membrane over entire top slab, and replace existing steel railing with concrete single slope barrier on EB direction (for MP 350.77 and MP 349.97 only). 8. Perform concrete repairs on interior of bridge type culverts and wingwalls at MP 350.77, MP 349.97, MP 348.67, and MP 347.81 9. Grade adjacent slopes per plan and topsoil and seed. 10. Replace existing guiderail as indicated in plans. 11. Replace existing traffic signing as indicated on the plans, including milepost markers, delineators, and snowplow markers. 12. Armor existing drainage swale with stone fill in locations indicated on the plans. 13. Install permanent pavement markings along entire mainline including ramps at Exits 44 and 45
