Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rocklin, California. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Newcastle Rocklin Gold Hill Public Cemetery District is soliciting for bids for a pavilion and restroom project. The work consists of the construction of a new pavilion, restroom structure, concrete walkways, roadway improvements and parking lot improvements. Question Deadline: Thu Aug 1, 2024 2:00 PM (PDT) Questions regarding this Notice Inviting Bids may be directed to Jeff Forrey at jforrey@nrgcemetery.com. No other members of the District's staff or governing body should be contacted about this procurement during the bidding process. Any and all inquiries and comments regarding this Bid must be communicated in writing, unless otherwise instructed by the District. The District may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Bidder who engages in any prohibited communications. Base Bid: Includes all work shown on Drawings and as specified, with the exception of the work specifically included in Additive or Deductive Alternates listed herein. B. Alternate Bid: Amount proposed by bidders and stated on the Bid Form that will be either Added To or Deducted From the Base Bid amount if the Owner decides to accept a change in either scope of work or in products, materials, equipment, systems, or other installation methods as described in the Contract Documents. The cost or credit for each alternate is the net addition to or deduction from the Contract Sum to incorporate the alternate into the Work. No other adjustments are made to the Contract Sum.
