Reference number: 20006631 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-07-25 Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Société québécoise des infrastructures (hereinafter the "Société") is issuing a public call for tenders for the construction of automatic control equipment for the redevelopment of the Pavillon Camille-Roy. This work includes the demolition of automatic control equipment, the removal and conservation or modification of existing controllers, the supply, installation and connection of automatic control equipment, including control devices, controllers, network programming and other related accessories, the supply and installation of automatic control conduits and wiring, device identification plates, sensors, cabling, ducts, conduits and other building management system (BMS) equipment. They also include the supply, installation, programming and commissioning of a "BMS" energy management and control system, including master control panels (MCP), local control panels (LCP), terminal control panels (TCP) and all other components to obtain a complete and functional "BMS", the supply, installation and connection of variable-frequency drives integrated with mechanical equipment, such as ventilation, cooling and heat recovery (HVAC) units, user training and programming of BMS systems. The work required under this call for tenders must be fully completed within 53 weeks (including statutory holidays, construction vacations and the time required to procure materials/equipment) from the contract date or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable start date is between September 19 and 30, 2024. The bid must be accompanied by a bid bond equal to 10% of the bid amount. Documents can be obtained at https://seao.gouv.qc.ca/
