North Central Dispatch Center Security System Upgrade Contracting Officer: Chris Brailer; cbrailerblm.gov; 406-896-5196 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice. Quotes are being requested at this time. The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (DOI, BLM), Montana State Office, located in Billings, MT is issuing this combined solicitation/synopsis for North Central MT Fire Dispatch Security System Upgrade is a Request for Quote using FAR Part12, Acquisition of Commercial Item, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document, statement of work, incorporated provisions and clauses, and solicitation attachments are attached. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, Effective Date 5/22/2024. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed priced, single award contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) with a small business size standard of $25M. This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Paper copies of this combined solicitation/synopsis will not be mailed. Prospective offerors are responsible for checking System for Award Management (SAM) to obtain any amendments or other information pertaining to the solicitation. The existing security camera system currently installed at the Lewistown Interagency Dispatch Center, located at 303 E Aztec Road Lewistown, MT 59457 needs updating and expansion. The existing system needs to be removed and replaced with a new CCTV security system. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove the existing CCTV NVR and seven cameras. Contractor shall also provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to install a new CCTV Network Video Recorder (NVR), and fourteen (14) new cameras with mounts per this Scope of Work, lines buried between the warehouse and dispatch building, the product manufacturer's recommendations, the attachments to the Scope of Work, and applicable industry standards. The Period of Performance for this contract shall be 120 days from Notice to Proceed to Final Completio All questions must be submitted by 7/26/2024 by 1400 MDT.
