Reference Number 0000273722 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/02 08:00:00 PM EDT CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking Proposals from industry in response to its Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provisioning of Electric Vehicles (EV) Charging Stations, installation (potentially) and related services for all CBC\Radio-Canada locations across Canada. An Agreement resulting from this RFP shall be for two (2) year(s) with four (4) irrevocable option(s) to extend for one (1) year(s) period(s). CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the supply, possible installation, provisioning, and maintenance of EV charging stations and related services. The successful bidder will work closely with the National Fleet Coordinator and the Property Asset Management team to define a project management and governance framework and the means to implement it. The Proponents mandate is: Supply and delivery of EV Charging Stations and Network, and, On-going Maintenance, Operation and Data Services. CBC/Radio-Canada retains the right to negotiate with Proponents on any procurement. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
