The project generally consists of relining existing manholes owned by the City at locations shown on the Drawings; and all necessary and incidental work in connection with the rehabilitation of the specified facilities. The work includes but is not limited to: mobilizing; preparing and implementing traffic control; preparing, removing existing lining materials, repairing concrete surfaces for polyurethane lining material, and lining concrete surfaces with polyurethane lining material; maintaining sanitary sewer service and bypassing raw sewage around the work area (if necessary); safety including working in confined spaces; obtaining and complying with permits; and ancillary work as specified herein and as shown on the Drawings. At the time of the bid opening, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a California "A" Contracting License. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids as the best interests of the City may dictate and, to the extent permitted by law, waive any irregularity in any bid. If there is any reason for believing that collusion exists among the bidders, the City may reject any or all bids. ENGINEERS RANGE: $200,000 TO $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
