Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Joliette, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Upgrades and repairs to the city road infrastructure. The scope of the project includes repairs/replacement of watermains and sewers, road improvement and paving work on Gauthier-North Street between Brûlé and Coulombe Streets. The scope of work also includes related landscaping and electrical work. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is in a very advanced stage. Working drawings are expected to begin in early 2026. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in late spring/summer 2026. Note. Contract for consulting services to complete a soil geotechnical and environmental assessment study has been awarded to the consultants following contract agreement #NDP-2024-08-1. Reference # 20031654.
