Contractors wishing to be considered must submit Bids containing all information required pursuant to the City's Request for Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn electronically prior to the time specified in the Notice Inviting Bids for the (electronic) opening of Bids. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check made payable to the City of Santa Monica, or a Bidder's bond (using the form provided in the Bid Form) for an amount equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract with the City.
