Site work for a water / sewer project in Denville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes the installation of new ductile iron water mains. The work is located on Lakewood Drive within the Township of Denville and includes: site work, process piping, and general construction. No bid will be received unless in writing on the forms furnished, and unless accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or a certified check made payable to the Township of Denville in an amount equal to 10% of the amount of the total bid, but not exceeding $20,000. The bid shall be accompanied by a Certificate of Surety on the form included in the Contract Docu ments, from a surety company licensed to do business in the State of New Jersey, which shall represent that the surety company will provide the Contractor with the required bonds in the sums required in the Contract Documents and in a form satisfac tory to the Owner's Attorney and in compliance with the requirements of law. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days of the Con trac tor's receipt of written Notice to Proceed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informali ties or irregularities in bids received in accordance with public law. Any request for interpretations shall be made in writing, addressed to Mott MacDonald, 412 Mt. Kemble Avenue, Suite G22, Morristown, New Jersey 07960, and, to be given consideration, must be received at least twelve (12) days - Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted - prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids
