The approximate major work items include: Provide the Warren County Department of Public Works with testing, preventative maintenance, as needed repairs and immediate service for emergency generator systems at various facilities owned/operated by the County The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any minor irregularities or informalities in the bids. The Contractor is put on notice that he must pay workers the prevailing wage rates promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry for this project, pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et. seq.). All bidders must comply with the requirements of P. L. 1975, C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) (Affirmative Action); P. L. 1977, C. 33 (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) (Stockholder Disclosure Certification); P. L. 2003, C. 91 (The Public Works Contractor Registration Act) and P. L. 2004, C. 57 (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) (Contractor Business Registration Act).
