This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA441824Q0043 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05; Effective 05/22/2024. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333413, Industrial and Commercial Fan and Blower and Air Purification Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 500 employees. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, transportation, supervision and management to perform installation as it relates to the following tasks, including, but not limited to 1) demolishing the existing welding ventilation system and 2) providing a new industrial welding ventilation system in the Aircraft Metals Technology Shop in Building 536. questions regarding this RFQ must be emailed to lisa.mitchell.11@us.af.mil (CS) AND nicholas.riccio.1@us.af.mil, Contracting Officer (CO), by 12:00 PM EST, 31 July 2024.
