Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Dykes Road Piping - Federal Grant Funded ARPA Project The Town is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced firms for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, expertise, services, and all else necessary and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents for proper completion of the construction of the proposed drainage improvements. The design of a twin 48" RCP culvert under Dykes Road south of Griffin Road extends westwards to the new receiving water in Southwest Meadows Sanctuary Park from the existing twin 48" RCP in Calusa Corners Park. The project will encompass an open trench installation under Dykes Road which will require mitigation of existing pavement, curbing, fence, and maintenance of traffic along with the installation of a new Double 48" RCP pipe, new canal digging with concrete fabric form canal erosion control protection, new guardrail and swale regrading. This project will require the successful Bidder to coordinate closely with the Town and Engineer of Record. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act.
