The City of Carrollton is soliciting Proposal Packets to provide the City with Renovations at Rosemeade Recreation Center. The City of Carrollton Parks & Recreation Department owns and operates Recreation Facilities which are home to over 10,000 members. The city is committed to ensuring the member base and community is adequately served. The city is looking to increase the usability and value of memberships by replacing twelve (12) backboard packages including ceiling-suspended forward-folding motorized basketball hoop systems and all electrical work, gymnasium floor overlay with Tarkett Sports Flooring, four (4) half-court volleyball sleeves installed, and refresh four (4) Racquetball courts and waiting area. The purpose of this is to select a qualified person, firm, partnership, corporation, association, or professional organization to provide constructability review, value engineering, master scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction services for the development and construction of the demo and installation of backboard packages, sport flooring, volleyball sleeves, scoreboards and racquetball refresh.
