Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The overall project scope will include designs that address all necessary repairs and replacements of all building systems components including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural, interior, and exterior finishes, and parking, associated with a yet to be finalized design criteria and scope. A part of the architectural scope will be the necessary programming with Henderson County, in order to provide a proposed design with cost estimates and schedules for approval. Although the exact cost for this project is yet to be determined, it is estimated to be 3-4 million dollars. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Per Doc/Specs " Even though the final budget is yet to be determined, the estimated all-in budget of the project should be 3-4 million dollars."
