Repair the first 4,000 ft. of the parking lot's entry way. All asphalt milling, cutting, and/or removing where necessary, fill, compact and pave with vibratory roller. The Town of Templeton is seeking an experienced licensed contractor with pertinent commercial experience to provide all equipment, material, labor, and expertise necessary to complete all work associated with the Houghton Park parking lot repairs as listed below: Repair the first 4,000 ft.2 of the parking lot's entry way to bring the area into ADA compliance by completing: o All asphalt milling, cutting, and/or removing where necessary to prepare the area for paving. o Fill, compact, and pave where necessary to make the area ADA compliant. o Pave a level coat of commercial grade black top on the entire 4,000 ft.2 area and roll with vibratory roller. o Pave 2 inches of topcoat with new commercial grade blacktop and roll with 10,000pound vibratory roller. o Apply tack coat where new pavement meets street or existing to ensure proper adhesion and flushness. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
