Renovation of a municipal facility in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Rural Municipality of Portage la Prairie intends to paint the interior of our municipal building located at 35 Tupper Street South in Portage la Prairie. The building has two levels and is approximately 4193 square feet. Painting will not be required in the mechanical room, vaults, or on wood finishes. The project includes the supply of paint, supplies, and painting of upper and lower levels of the municipal building, plus all other costs related to the project. The scope of services shall include all applicable costs required for the completion of the project, including but not limited to: 1. Labour. 2. Two finishing coats on walls, doors, and trim (2 colours) with commercial grade paint. 3. Wall preparation. 4. Materials & supplies. 5. Taxes (GST & PST to be shown separately). 6. The provision of a painting schedule that includes a start and end date. 7. The proponent will be required to clean up the job site to the satisfaction of the RM The RM of Portage la Prairie will have the right to reject any or all quotations and accept any quotation which they may consider in the best interest of the municipality.
