The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a WRITTEN QUOTATION for Concrete pouring at multiple District locations in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. This solicitation does not commit the District to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the response to this solicitation or to procure any goods or services. The District reserves the right, at any time after opening and prior to award, to request from any apparently responsible bidder or proposer, clarification(s) of the bid/proposal submitted to the District, address questions or to seek or provide other information regarding the offeror's submittal/response. This process may be used for such purposes as providing an opportunity for the offeror to clarify its bid/proposal in order to assure mutual understanding and to determine acceptability

QUOTATION SPECIFICATIONS
The awarded proposer(s) is expected to fulfill all of the requirements and duties contained in this solicitation as directed by the
District's Superintendent or his designee. A bid shall consist of details for the provision and management of the services
envisioned in the Specifications, in accordance with the requirements described below, in this solicitation.
