Property Rehabilitation at 75 Grant Court Main House Siding- Remove all old Aluminum Siding and wrap siding to base substrate and dispose of. The contractor is to install 3/8 foam backer board over all exterior walls and wall surfaces. Tape all seams with an appropriate weatherized tape. Contractor is to install a (builders grade) vinyl siding product. Royal, Alside, Certainteed, or approved equal.) (Owner to select style and color.) Contractor is to include appropriately matched comer boards as well as installation of any additional blocking ofdoor trim, window trim, rake or skirt boards as may be needed to maintain consistent reveals. Note: New windows will be (New Construction)
