This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Belvoir, VA (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, is issuing this Solicitation on behalf of JTF-NCR/MDW Office of the Staff Judge Advocate to procure and install custom blinds for all windows of bldg. 32, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate (OSJA), Fort Lesley J. McNair, DC. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238390 Other Building Finishing Contractors, with a size standard of $19M. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract. This acquisition is 100% Small Business set aside. Instructions to Offerors can be found on pages 48 -50 of the solicitation. QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time on 10 July 2024. A question and answer (Q&A) will be posted approximately 1 day after all questions are in.
