This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Greenwich, Connecticut. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The intention of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to establish a Service Agreement Contract with one (1) or more Contractors who will, upon request, provide the Town with the services, labor, and supplies described in the Specifications of this Request for Bid. There is no guarantee as to the amount of services, labor, or supplies that the Town may purchase during the term of the Service Agreement Contract. Each single project performed under this contract shall not exceed $35,000. The Service Agreement will have an initial term of one (1) year, from October 1, 2024- September 30, 2025. In addition, there will be four (4) optional years that may be engaged through the mutual consent of both parties, on an annual basis. At the request of the Town, the Contractor shall provide quotations for required services, based on the Unit Prices provided in the Reply Sheets. Company Name and Address Must Conform on All Documents Including Insurance Documents. A Post Office Box Address is Not Acceptable. Bid/Proposal number must appear on all bids/proposals and related correspondence. The Town of Greenwich is exempt from Federal and State Taxes. The Town will consider an alternate bid/proposal only if Bidders/Respondents have been permitted to provide an alternate bid/proposal. An alternate bid/proposal must be clearly identified as such in order to be considered by the Town. Stated prices are to be FOB destination inside delivery, unless otherwise specified herein. The Town of Greenwich reserves the right to amend this solicitation by addenda. Addenda will be posted electronically up to 48 hours in advance of the deadline. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check online for addenda, the Town will not provide notification. If in the Town's opinion revisions are of such a magnitude, the deadline for this solicitation may be extended in an addendum. In addition, addenda can change Specifications, Reply Sheets, and times/dates for Pre-Bid Conferences, as well as deadlines for questions and submissions. The Town of Greenwich reserves the right to reject any and all bids not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town, or to accept that bid which appears to be in the best interest of the Town. The Town reserves the right to waive any and all informalities, or to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid.
