Snohomish County is requesting qualifications from firms who are interested in performing professional electrical engineering services to conduct arc flash studies for seven Generation Facilities. This is intended to be a two-year project with the arc flash study of the 100MW Jackson Hydro Project taking place in 2024, and the remaining six Generation Facilities arc flash studies taking place in 2025. The six facilities planned for 2025 are all smaller sites, each with generation less than 8MW. The District encourages minority and womens business enterprises to request these documents and to submit qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
