Re-pipe the domestic water piping at the water heaters and storage tanks, as well as adding some additional recirculating pumps as shown in the plans in order to provide more effective use of the storage tanks. Tie pumps into boiler controls and sensors into BMS. b. Replace existing thermostatic mixing valves with digital master mixing valves. c. Provide make-up water PRVs for boiler systems indicated in plans.
