Richardson Independent School District (RISD) is accepting competitive sealed proposals for the Network Operations Center HVAC Replacement. Question Deadline 07/23/2024 at 2:00 PM CT All questions received electronically. This proposal seeks qualified vendors that can meet the supply and material needs of the District for Network Operations Center HVAC Replacement located at 420 S. Greenville Ave, Richardson, TX, 75081. The project shall consist of the removal of the six (6) existing APC brand in-row coolers, currently in a hot aisle containment configuration with associated piping revisions, control revisions, and the addition of make-up water for unit mounted humidifiers for two (2) of the six (6) units. It shall also include the replacement of the existing floor mounted top discharge nominal 10-ton Liebert brand CRAC unit with associated ductwork, fire/smoke dampers, refrigerant piping revisions, and water piping revisions. The total seven (7) units shall have both the indoor and roof mounted units replaced to include all associated roof supports, electrical, piping and control revisions. Additionally, the control system for all seven (7) units and the back-up Roof-Top AC unit shall all be integrated into the Reliable Controls system in the existing two-story training building connected to the ABC 420 building that houses the Network Operations Center (NOC).
