Auburn Avenue Theater Demolition. The major items of work include demolition and disposal of Auburn Ave Theater building that includes providing bracing to the shared wall, removal and disposal of hazardous materials from the building, severance of existing utilities serving the building, site restoration, and erosion control. The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 30 working days. The project is funded by City of Auburn monies. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check or proposal bond (surety bond) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such Contract and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond within the time stated in the Bid Documents, the bid deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Auburn.
