The Contractor is responsible for reviewing all the drawings and specifications to obtain a complete understanding of the entire work scope. This contract includes all work indicated on the project documents, including but not limited to: 1. Site improvements a. Furnish and install temporary facilities and control items to allow for construction and for operations and access to park facilities by OPRHP staff. b. Provide general site demolition, salvage, removals, and disposals. c. Furnish and install and maintain temporary tree protection measures. d. Pave roadway at carlin street entry drive with asphalt pavement, construct concrete curbs and replace entrance gate with new barrier gate. e. Construct a vegetated swale along the west side of carlin street for site drainage. f. Furnish and install new drainage infrastructure. g. Regrade, furnish, and install new gravel pavement and concrete curbs at existing parking area. h. Install a level 2 EV charging station in parking area. i. Construct a stormwater planter with concrete curbs and drainage structure, and pedestrian bridge. j. Rehabilitate the Carlin Street outfall area through regrading, stabilization measures, and planting. k. Rehabilitate the Tappan's Pond outfall area through regrading, stabilization measures and planting. l. Rehabilitate and stabilize portions of Abraham's Trail, provide planting in disturbed areas.
