The main items of Work of this Contract include the following: Part 1 - Demolition of an existing concrete cistern and pump station building, lot grading, water and sanitary servicing, and associated surface restoration. Part 2 - Water and sanitary lot servicing and associated surface restoration. Part 3 - Road construction, water main and service installation, and associated surface restoration.
