Reference number: 20012213 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 36 Expected contract duration with options (in months) 60 Description Contract for snow removal and winter maintenance of the Municipality of Lac-Bouchette's road network for the years 2024-2025, 2025-2026, 2026-2027. Purpose of contract: The municipality is requesting tenders for snow removal and winter maintenance of the municipal road network for a total length of 19.56 km. The successful bidder will be required to perform the maintenance in accordance with the specifications set out in the call for tenders document produced by the municipality of Lac-Bouchette, dated August 2024. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality's Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
