Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Sterling, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Proposed Watermain Upgrades. Pre-Qualification: Yes Site Directions: Main St from Oak St to NW Cross St. NW Cross St from Main St to North St. Alley A from NW Cross St to Capitol Ave. Description: This project shall consist of constructing new watermain, service lines, and appurtenances along the segments of road listed above in the City of Mt. Sterling. Also included shall be PCC sidewalk removal and replacement, HMA pavement patching, and associated work. All questions shall be submitted on the Quest webpage and received no later than Monday, August 5, 2024. All questions shall be answered by issuing addenda no later than Wednesday, August 7, 2024. The Work will be substantially completed in accordance with paragraph 14.8 of the General Conditions within 63 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and completed ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.13 of the General Conditions within 93 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
