Question Deadline 07/26/2024 Questions received less than 96 hours before the designated bid time cannot be answered by Addendum, and oral statements at any time will not be binding to the OWNER or the Contractor The project consists of 5,335 12 C900 PVC water main by open cut, and other associated items. This project will consist of new 12" water main installed in the casing pipe near Hardeman Blvd and Fm 156 to the 6" water main near S Bluebonnet Cir in Meadowlands. This is approximately 4,000 linear feet and provides a loop for the water system for the areas of the City East of FM 156. The City of Justin, Texas, will receive sealed bids for the referenced project which involves the construction of approximately 5,335LF of 12" C900 PVC water main by open cut. Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of Total Amount Bid must accompany each Bid. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids.
