Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Swartz Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City seeks bids to have approximately 120' of 10' wide (1200 ft2) sidewalks installed at Elm's Park with the existing to be removed. The city also seeks to have 3 bench pads (6' x 15' each location, 270 ft2 total) installed along its trail located on Bristol Road connected to Elm's Park. Two of these locations will be accessible by truck the other will need a "concrete buggy". The city seeks to have sidewalks removed and replaced at various locations throughout the city. This will be 1-10 flags of concrete at each location, there may be several locations, may require root grinding prior to placing forms. All locations will require contractor to provide final restoration on areas surrounding the work. Bids shall address, to the greatest extent possible, all possible service delivery impacts, including but not limited to bid prices, equipment availability, etc., throughout the term of the contract.
