Site work for a civil project in Castle Rock, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Reference Number : 0000357464 Sedalia Lift Station and Force Main (Project) invites statements of qualifications (SOQs) according to the requirements set forth in this RFQ including the format and content guidelines in Section 5. The SOQs will be reviewed and evaluated, as described in Section 6, to select a short list of up to five (5) Respondents as described in Section 6. After evaluating the Respondents' SOQs, Town of Castle Rock, Castle Rock Water (Owner) intends to issue a request for proposals (RFP) to the short-listed Respondents, inviting them to submit a proposal in response to the RFP, ultimately leading to award of a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) Contract [see Attachment B for an example of a sample PDB Contract]. The capitalized terms in this RFQ have the meanings as first used in the text of this RFQ and/or as defined in Attachment A (Definition of Terms). The scope of work for the Project is to complete a Lift Station (LS) and Force Main (FM) for conveying wastewater from the Sedalia, Colorado area to the Plum Creek Water Reclamation Authority (PCWRA) wastewater treatment plant located along Colorado Highway 85 (Project Infrastructure).
