Site work and paving for a civil project in East Canton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of September 20, 2024 this project was awarded to: Viking Painting, LLC - $328,700.00 (Water Tower Rehab) Wenger Excavating, Inc. - $48,821.00 (Center St Water Line Replacement) with the total awarded amount of $377,521.00 The Opinion of Probable Construction cost of the project is: base bid - $351,061; Alternate 1- $531,326' Alternate 2 - $163,364 Unit price bids will be received for a single prime contract. Questions must be addressed in writing to Josh Renicker, P.E. (jrenicker@hammontree-engineers.com), Hammontree & associates, limited, by email. Questions will not be accepted after 4.00PM on July 30, 2024. The Village of East Canton, Ohio, reserves the right to reject any or all bids. A certified check cashier's check or letter credited in the amount of 10% of the bid pursuant to chapter 1305 of the Ohio revised code. Article 6 of the General conditions as may be modified by the supplementary conditions sets forth owner's requirements at to performance and payment bonds and insurance. The successful bidder deliver the agreement to owner it shall be accompanied by required bonds.
