A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is Required With the Proposal. The Contractor Must Pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for All Work Per Illinois Law. Please Park in the Briggs Street Parking Lot and Enter Through Door 29 the Board of Education Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or Parts of Thereof, or Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities, and to Make the Award in the Best Interest of the District.
